Idea----Dial 198 select language if asked, then just listen announcement then press 4and after this press 3.
e.g. Dial 198 then press 4,3
Aircel----Dial 198 select language if asked, then press 6
Airtel---- Dial 198 select language if asked, then press 4 and then press 9
